Hon. Shehu Kanam speaks on Sen. Dimka’s blueprint for Plateau Central, advices youths to embrace their futures with hope

The Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) to the Senator representing Plateau Central Hon. ND Shehu Kanam spoke with Satisprime Reporters, Satmak Dapar and Sadiq Kwaltom on Sen. Dimka’s strategic action plans and what the people of Plateau Central should expect from the Senator. The SLA received Satisprime Reporters at the National Assembly complex and the interview lasted for literally 10 minutes on Tuesday the 9th of December 2019.

In his words, the SLA remarked that the people of Plateau Central should expect great things, worthy initiatives and uplifting strides from the Senator because to whom much is given, much is expected. In the same vein, he highlighted that the Senator’s underlying goal is quality and passionate representation in order for the people of Central Zone to reap deserving dividends of democracy. The SLA further asserted that he represents the interests of youths irrespective of their political, cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds, advising them to embrace their futures with hope and confidence while contributing their quota to the development of Plateau Central and Nigeria at large. Speaking further on Senator Dimka’s leadership, he said the senator has set the ball rolling by first of all, empowering the youths with appointments under different capacities, intervening in both major and minor challenges confronting constituents as well as the development of critical future plans to carry his people along in terms of development and economic empowerment. He further adviced the youths to shun vices and contribute significantly to societal growth. On 2023, he said it’s a long journey ahead but he’s hopeful of a better future for Plateau Central, Plateau state and Nigeria at large.
