Hon. Panshak Yohanna frowns at the murder of Rinji Bala by men of OPSH, demands for justice

According to the former transition chairman of Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau state, the killing of Rinji Bala by men of the operation safe haven was a sad development. In his words, Hon. Panshak Yohanna said,

‘It is indeed a very sad moment for me, the Gungji community, Ngas nation, Kanke LGC and the entire family of NDE Peter Bala on this disgusted murder of our Son Late Mr. Rinji Peter Bala by the operatives attached to OPSH. I sincerely appreciated the quick response of the state government in issue a press statement stating her displeasures and other well meaning people. This is not the first victim of a murder case but we hard of others being committed by these operatives which shows their in professionalism, lack of cohesion, separation of duty, understanding the key role of operatives amongst the civilians. However, let us as a people and state should make this killing of our innocent soul as the last. I am calling on the State and Federal government to quickly fish out the culprits immediately to face the law, while I would want the government to have a quick review of the OPSH and her activities either way of crapping and marching with 3rd Armoured Division or a total crap and functions being assigned to GOC 3rd armoured division. Even in the most dreaded region like Borno and Yobe, where army are yet to win war against boko haram, the created 7 Division of the Nigerian Army oversees the activities of Operations Lafiya Dole. So I wonder why army will not allow the activities of OPSH to be supervised by 3rd armoured division, thereby allow a whole 2 star Generals residing in the state all for a same security functions. In Rinji, we have lost a whole generation, mentor, father and leader. A prompt restructuring of OPSH will only be the better way to start appeasing our grief and bringing the culprits into book will stand as a justice to our late son. RINJI NEEDS JUSTICE
